What's the warranty and returns policy?

Purchasing a support package automatically extends your hardware warranty. You can return any product within 30 days for any reason for a full refund.

European & International shipments are from our manufacturing partner Armari in the UK.

You will not be charged VAT for exports.
UK Delivery is £45 per pair of units. (Next day via CityLink)
European delivery is £90 per pair of units. (2-3 days via TNT)
Long distance International is £160 per pair of units. (3-5 days depending on customs via UPS)
